Interior Designer's News…

Decosource at The Mansion

I thoroughly enjoyed my day at Decosource last week, a new trade only interiors roadshow exhibition held at three venues:  Ragley Hall (Warwickshire), Tatton Park (Cheshire) and The Mansion (Leeds – my birthplace!).  My parents got married at The Mansion 37 years ago and I pretty much grew up on the swings and slides in it’s grounds of Roundhay Park, so the visit had a touch of sentimental value.

Unlike most trade exhibitions I attend throughout the year, this one was unique not only for it’s beautiful setting but for it’s intimate feel with selected high end brands from Chelsea Harbour Design Centre and the top end of Decorex Exhibitors, and unique to me in that it took place right on my doorstep!

Having undergone an incredible refurbishment a couple of years ago, The Mansion now provides a stunning venue with a timeless interior, a collection of impressive chandeliers and beautiful soft furnishings that are right up my street!
